Fluoronox M 30/2

Fluoronox M 30/2 is a synthetic grease based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is thickened with PTFE.

It is chemically inert and resistant to most strong acids and lyes. Non-flammable. For use as multi-purpose grease

in chemical aggressive environment or at temperatures of up to +200°C. It is compatible with most other greases,

based on Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) or sometimes referred to as Perfluoroalkylether (PFAE)

Fluoronox M 40/2

TECCEM Fluoronox M 40/2 is a chemically inert grease. It has been formulated from a highly thermal stable

Perfluoropolyether and micronized PTFE. It provides a smooth lubricating film with good adherence. The density of

the grease is approximately 1.92 g/ml (Water 1.0 g/ml). It is suitable for long time lubrication from -20°C to

+260°C with maximum permissible temperatures of +290°C.

Fluoronox MS 30/2

Fluoronox MS 30/2 is a synthetic grease based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is formulated to operate

over a wide temperature range and to provide low resistance at cold weather start-up. Typical applications include

lubrication of O-Rings, ball bearings, roller bearings, fine mechanical parts, and in vacuum.

Fluoronox S 90/2

Fluoronox S 90/2 is a synthetic grease based on an extra high viscosity Perfluoropolyether. It is thickened with

PTFE. It is chemically inert and resistant water, strong acids, watery alkalis, most organic solvents.

Non-flammable.

Typical applications include the lubrication of slow running roller bearings, adjustment spindles, sliding metal

parts, O-Rings and Plastics at high temperatures between +230°C and +280°C or in chemical aggressive environment

or in vacuum.

It is compatible with most other greases, based on Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) or sometimes referred to as

Perfluoroalkylether (PFAE).

Fluoronox G 30/1

Fluoronox G 30/1 is a chemical resistant grease formulated with a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether and an

inorganic thickener. Fluoronox G 30/1 is compatible with most sealant materials and plastics

Fluoronox GE50/2-3

Fluoronox GE50/2-3 is a synthetic multipurpose grease, which is based on a high viscosity index PFPE oil and an

inorganic thickener. The advantages show in low change of consistency over a wide temperature range, in excellent

low temperature properties, in very low stick-slip effect and high oxidation resistance. It is suitable for thin

film lubrication, including micro porous metal surfaces, for longtime lubrication, lubrication of metal, plastics

and elastomers. Free of PTFE, carbonising components or components that can build gummy residues.

Fluoronox GV 26/2

Fluoronox GV 26/2 is a synthetic multipurpose grease, based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether, an inorganic

thickener and additives. It offers excellent corrosion protection, high shear stability and is suitable for extreme

pressure applications. Grease for highly loaded ball bearings and oscillating ball bearings, grease for valves and

elastomers.

Fluoronox L 20/1

Fluoronox L 20/1 is a chemically inert grease, formulated for use at very low temperatures and high speeds. It is

also suitable for thin film lubrication. Fluoronox L 20/1 is based on a high viscosity index Perfluoropolyether and

micronized PTFE. It is of soft consistency.

The low pour point of the base fluid and its high thermal stability make it suitable for long time lubrication from

-60°C to +130°C. Temperature peaks of up to +230°C can be tolerated. Fluoronox L 20/1 is odourless, non-

flammable, oxidation resistant, resistant to water, strong acids, watery alkalis and most organic solvents.

Typical applications of Fluoronox L 20/1 include thin film lubrication of sliding parts and ball bearings at low

temperatures and high speeds, lubrication of fine mechanical parts that require low adjustment torque.

Fluoronox W 40/2

TECCEM Fluoronox W 40/2 has been formulated from a high viscosity index Perfluoropolyether and micronized PTFE. It

contains additives to protect from rust and wear. It provides a smooth lubricating film with good adherence.

The density of the grease is approximately 1,91 g/ml (Water 1,0 g/ml).

The low pour point of the base fluid and its exceptional high thermal stability make it suitable for long time

lubrication from -35°C to +260°C.

Fluoronox W 40/2 is odourless, non-flammable, oxidation resistant, free of carbonising substances, free of

substances that can build solid or rubber-like residues.

Typical applications of Fluoronox W 40/2 include lubrication of ball and roller bearings from low to high speeds,

lubrication of highly loaded metal parts.

Fluoronox W 50/2

TECCEM Fluoronox W 50/2 has been formulated from a very high viscosity index Perfluoropolyether and micronized

PTFE. It contains additives to protect from rust and wear. It provides a smooth lubricating film with good

adherence.

Compared to many other PFPE-greases, Fluoronox W 50/2 provides enhanced wear protection at elevated temperatures.

The advantage becomes significant, starting at 200°C, ending at the upper recommended temperature of 260°C.

Typical applications of Fluoronox W 50/2 include lubrication of bearings in tender frames of drying ovens and

lubrication of highly loaded mechanical metal parts at high temperatures.

Fluoronox WT 70/2

Fluoronox WT 70/2 is a synthetic multigrade grease based on an extra high viscosity index PFPE fluid and PTFE.

It is suitable for use at temperatures from -45°C to +250°C.

Fluoronox 1080

Fluoronox 1080 is a chemical resistant, non-flammable fluid with excellent lubricating properties and high load

carrying properties.

For longtime lubrication of roller bearings, sliding bearings, plastics and elastomers.

Suitable for use in chemically aggressive environment and in vacuum. Maximal operating temperature + 200°C.

Fluoronox 1510

Fluoronox 1510 is a chemically inert, non-flammable PFPE fluid with good lubricating properties and high load

carrying properties. For longtime lubrication of roller bearings, plain bearings, plastics, elastomers, in chemical

aggressive environment or in vacuum. Upper temperature limit +280°C.

Fluoronox 1680

Fluoronox 1680 is a chemical resistant, non-flammable fluid with excellent lubricating properties and high load

carrying properties. For longtime lubrication of roller bearings, sliding bearings, plastics and elastomers.

Suitable for use in chemically aggressive environment and in vacuum. Maximal operating temperature +280°C.

SynTop ENP 2

SynTop ENP 2 is a synthetic grease with high resistance to ethanol. It is based on a temperature stable fluid and

PTFE as thickener.

It has been developed for lubricating ball bearings, operating in the range of low to high speeds, which are

exposed to ethanol and hot ethanol fumes.

SynTop LG 2

SynTop LG 2 is a synthetic high temperature and multipurpose grease. It based on Neopolyolester, Lithiumsoap, a

corrosion protection additive, a thermal stabilizer and an additive for enhanced load carrying properties.

SynTop LNP 3

SynTop LNP 3 is a synthetic lubricating and sealing grease, thickened by a Lithiumsoap. It is highly resistant to

mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbons. Thixotropic - unworked penetration NLGI Class 5, worked penetration NLGI

Class 2-3.

SynTop 320

SynTop 320 is a synthetic high temperature chain oil, based on Polyolester. It has been formulated to provide good

penetration properties at room temperature and to provide very good load carrying properties at high temperatures.

It shows low volatility and excellent thermal stability. Upon long storage or when subject to UV-light, the product

may darken to a reddish colour, which has no effect on its performance.

SynTop 700

Special Ester. Chemically inert to gasoline, mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbons. Suitable for lubrication at

temperatures of up to +280°C.

SynTop 1003 FG

SynTop 1003 FG is an Ester based low temperature chain oil. H1 registered, for use in the food industry. It is

suitable for use at temperatures from -75°C to +40°C.

AHT415

AHT415 - Alloy High Temperature compound is a heavy duty assembly and lubricating compound based on synthetic oil,

a non-drip thickener and a high content of alloy solid lubricants. The special formulation makes it suitable for

stainless steel applications.

It prevents from stick-slip and seizing of metal/metal at highest mechanical loads.

At high temperatures it serves as release agent for up to +1200°C / +2200°F.

Formliq 100

Formliq 100 is a special lubricant and release agent. At a defined temperature it releases a liquid. It is used for

hot forming of acrylic glass and other plastic materials at a temperature around 100°C.

It is also used as a lubricant for chains.

Formliq 100 is reversible which means that it returns to its original condition after it has been cooled down from

a temperature above its drop point.

GHT405/00

GHT405/00 - Graphite High Temperature Compound is a synthetic heavy duty compound to lubricate and protect at

severe temperatures. Suggested Temperature Range -20°C to +1000°C.

Below 200°C it is applied as a grease. At higher temperatures the synthetic base fluid slowly evaporates, leaving

a heavy duty protective and lubricating film.

Free of metals and metal alloys.

GHT405

GHT405 - Graphite High Temperature Compound is a synthetic heavy duty compound to lubricate and protect at severe

temperatures. Suggested Temperature Range -20°C to +1000°C.

Below 200°C it is applied as a grease. At higher temperatures the synthetic base fluid slowly evaporates, leaving

a heavy duty protective and lubricating film.

Free of metals and metal alloys.

Available in NLGI Grade 00 for use as lubricating grease.

Fluoronox GV 25/2

Fluoronox GV 25/2 is a synthetic multipurpose grease, based on a medium viscosity Perfluoropolyether, an inorganic

thickener and additives. It offers excellent corrosion protection and is suitable for extreme pressure

applications, as high temperature ball bearing grease in transport chains of bakeries, lubrication of valves. NSF

H1 registered.

Fluoronox K 44/2

TECCEM Fluoronox K 44/2 has been formulated from a high viscosity Perfluoropolyether, a special type of PTFE and

additives. It combines extra high film strength, corrosion protection and high chemical resistance in one grease.

Typical applications include lubrication of slow running roller bearings, highly loaded sliding metal parts in

humid or aggressive environment in the food processing industry. H1 registered.

Fluoronox M 44/1

Fluoronox M 44/1 shows high thermal stability, excellent longtime lubrication properties and high film strength,

outperforming conventional greases. The synthetic base fluid together with the high content of micronized PTFE

lower friction when lubricating material pairings of metal.

Fluoronox M 44/1 has been registered in the H1 category (registry number 1796346 for use in the food processing

industry.

The grease is odourless, non-flammable, oxidation resistant, free of carbonising substances, free of substances
